Mr.Prakash is one of our existing clients best hence he got our reference from there. But the major problem we face that he wanted to settle his entire family from Muscat to here in Kharghar , Navi Mumbai. He called me & came in India to show the property. He is a kind person & trusted us completely. We gave him all specification about the materials to be listed out while designing his residence. Finally he satisfied with our all commercial terms & we started making design for his dream home. He came in India just to attend few meetings to see the work progress. Finally once the project properly furnished we did professional photoshoot of his residence & shared all images. He was surprisingly happy & planned to come in India with his family. After all his family came back in India after eight years from Muscat. They are belonging leisure life style & wanted something more exclusive for their new dream home. Now once they reach & entered in home it was all wow & happy endings. They were highly satisfied. They noticed all details in final output gave us all positive compliments. THE CHALLENGES
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
It is a 3 BHK -1100 carpet area with two master bed & one small bed + balcony in living room. Flat is located in Kharghar. We have furnished the entire flat in combo style of 1.2mm Royal Touch laminate. Just to maintain beautiful aesthetics we also added black mirror in main master bed on wardrobe sliding shutters. Properly aligned canopies are set in entire home to show all the artefacts. Walls also dressed well with zero level punning & painted with Asian royal of decided suitable shades & colour. Best part is temple curved steps, where client is very specific about this. We delivered the same as he wished. Finally with all branded sanitary fittings & furnishing we hand over this unique design flat to Mr. Prakash. Now they are enjoying all happy moments at our world-class interior design portfolio.
