MR. Ramesh Vaswani has a globally well known for walnuts distribution business in export & import quality dry fruits. He is a director & a chairman of GM walnuts. He personally knows me (Mr.Rajveer Sharma) since long. He decided to buy a flat in one of the expensive landmark building in Navi Mumbai that is Palm Beach residency. After possession he called me .I know Mr.Ramesh vaswani stress due to busy lifestyle as he deals globally. He is well known personality in Navi Mumbai. According to all above noted points, we started design his 2 BHK 1100 sq.ft. Lavish residence at PBR(Palm Beach Residency – Luxury interior designer in Palm Beach).
THE CHALLENGES
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Knight Frank is an agency which supervises all activities in PBR .We got only 6 hour /day with & only 6 days in a week for site work process. With all management formalities, we started site works. We have removed all existing old stuffs from the flat. Here we did all modification from flooring to walls. We changed the plan according to reflect Mr. Ramesh Vaswani’s family lifestyle. According to major civil changes in existing layout we started next works. Mr.Vaswani told me to use veneer in living room and royal touch laminate in bedroom. We added one more material for kitchens and bathroom that is while aluminum composite sheet .This special material was used in ceiling & in wet areas like duct & bathroom furniture for strong waterproof results.
My friend Mr. Nipul Vaswani , son of Mr. Ramesh Vaswani greeted me so well & we were so happy the way he expressed his feeling after seeing his bedroom with L- shaped bed head board. The whole family was surprisingly happy in their new-house . The project took 8 months to its completion.
