2BHK RESIDENTIAL DESIGN AT BHAGWATI GREENS KHARGHAR

This residential interior started in corona period, so it was very difficult while in arrangements of all required materials. Somehow we managed. The most challenging task in the entire project is client wanted full height ceiling including false ceiling designs. We settled it in under 2”. It was Just 2” drop from slab level. Next challenge is to settle all pendent sprinklers as per new false ceiling plan because developers had given all wall supported and wall bracket water throwing sprinklers. We submitted them our requirement, after appointing professional firefighting company to reinstall all water throwing sprinklers, we receive permission by the developers. We converted all wall bracket sprinklers in to pendant sprinklers. Today our ceiling looks very luxurious just because we maintained full room height. Next big challenge was to settle all AC outdoor units in bathroom duct without any core cutting. With our experienced and innovative ways of working this too was completed in a very professional manner. But apart from all challenges, our project is highly appreciated in whole at Bhagwati Greens at Kharghar.
