Challenging part came in this compact size 2BHK flat interior when client decided to have a swinger along with his sofa in living room. We build this so confidently and gave heavy SS bracket support on beam which can bear a load of around 100 kg. It was a two seater lavish wooden swinger. We levelled it properly by Bosch level gadgets because such swinger provision needs lot of patience while fixing. The next challenge was a plumbing and this too we handles very professionally because all lines are at little distance from the proposed bathroom of this flats. We faced issues while adding external lines with our internal supply for bathrooms. But due to our professional quality touch we did this so smoothly and without disrupting anything in building.
