The project location is at Panvel. The most challenging part in this entre 4 bhk was doing new electrifications work. It is maven construction building so no brick walls were there to pass wires . Hence we did cement sheet wall panels for extra strength and to pass all conduits to its original destinations. The second challenging work was nowadays to get OC developers are giving fire sprinklers inside the house. It’s very good for fire safety. But it is made on typical floor plan. If we do all customization then this would be always very tough in while we do ceiling designs. But here we did modifications in existing sprinklers point and placed provided new locations as per the design and esthetics.

Dr.Ashish is principal of a pharmacy college and he decided to gift this house to his family members with all required luxury to be maintained and with class interiors.
Because of his dedication and extra busy schedule we promised him to deliver an excellent home of his dream. With these motivations we initiated our site work with full efforts. Our work started with full of energy, we maintain quality management and timeline delivery t schedule for this dream home. The color combinations already decided in veneer and Corian for living room with classic beige Italian marble flooring. Rest all we maintained in Royale touch laminates and wooden flooring in all bedrooms. Doors were very special in project because we have used Acrylic tough glass laminate with Veneer. Most of the veneers surfaces are laminated by ICA polish products under super skilled wooden polish team.
Finally we got this delivery after 8 months of hard efforts. But it’s worth to have it in real.
